At Clay Sydney, we want you to love your handmade ceramics as much as we loved making them. If your piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible homewares.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange your item.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the ceramic items in their original packaging, ensuring sufficient padding to prevent breakage during transit.

  Shipping Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our Sydney studio using a tracked postal service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
